1. Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a booking request before it is confirmed at no cost. For confirmed bookings, the cancellation window and any terms are shown with the booking.
To cancel, use your account or contact us.
2. Refunds
Where payment was made through the platform and you cancel within the allowed window, you receive a refund of amounts held, according to the booking's terms.
Refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
3. If a partner cancels or does not show
If a confirmed partner cancels or fails to honour a booking, we refund any amount we are holding in full, and we will try to arrange a comparable alternative stay where possible.
