Visit Kattankudy is a destination guide and booking marketplace for Kattankudy, Sri Lanka. We connect visitors with accommodation, restaurants, transport, and other local services. We act as an intermediary between visitors and the partners who provide those services.

We do not own or operate the properties, restaurants, or transport listed on the platform. Each partner is responsible for the service they provide.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under Sri Lankan law to make a booking.

Most stays use request-to-book: you send a request, the partner confirms availability, and the booking is then confirmed. A request is not a guarantee until it is confirmed.

Prices shown to visitors are the prices you pay. We do not add hidden fees to the visitor price.

When payment is handled through the platform, we may hold it until after check-in to protect both visitors and partners, and then pass the partner their share.

Treat properties, hosts, and the local community with respect. Kattankudy is a conservative, family town; please follow local customs and any house rules.

Provide accurate booking details and arrive as agreed, or cancel within the cancellation policy.

Partners must keep listings accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and provide the service as described. Repeated no-shows or misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.

We work to keep listings verified and accurate, but we are an intermediary and are not liable for the acts or omissions of partners or visitors. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as is.
