Booking a stay

How do I book a stay?
Open a stay, choose your dates and room, and send a request. The host confirms availability, then you pay by bank transfer or on arrival. The price you see is the price you pay, with no extra charges.
What is instant book?
Some stays show an Instant book badge. For these, your booking is accepted right away instead of waiting for the host to respond.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, while your booking is still a pending request. Open My Bookings and use Change dates. Availability is re-checked and the price updates automatically.

Payment

How do I pay?
Choose bank transfer or pay-on-arrival when you book. For bank transfer, the host accepts first, then you transfer to the holding account shown and upload your receipt. We release the funds to the host after your stay.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no booking fees and no hidden charges. The nightly price is the total you pay.

Changes and cancellation

How do I cancel?
Open My Bookings and cancel any request or confirmed booking that has not yet started. The host is notified and the dates are released.
What if my request is not answered?
Requests that a host does not answer are automatically expired after a few days, so nothing is left hanging. You can book another stay any time.

For partners

How do I list my property?
Create an account, open the partner portal, and add your property with rooms, photos, and prices. Submit it for review and our team publishes it. Listing is free.
How do bookings and payouts work?
You receive booking requests in your inbox and accept or decline them. After a completed stay, your payout is created automatically and our team marks it paid once transferred.
